Privacy and data handling
Relatrix calculates psychometric results from sensitive personal data. It is built so that it does not need to keep any of it.
What Relatrix keeps
Nothing about the people it measures. The calculation service has no accounts and no database. Responses, profiles, retrieval vectors and evidence snapshots exist only while a request is calculated; they are not written to storage, logs or telemetry.
What a request contains
Only the evidence a calculation needs. Names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses and a consumer’s own user identifiers are not sent; subjects, assessments and raters are represented by opaque references the caller generates.
Operational records
To deliver and protect the service, the hosting platform (Cloudflare) processes technical request data such as IP addresses. Failed authentication attempts are rate-limited by IP address. Relatrix’s own log entries carry only a request identifier, route, method, status, duration and error code, never request or response bodies or access tokens.
This website
The pages you are reading are static. Relatrix adds no cookies, scripts, analytics or third-party resources to them.
The operator console
The console keeps the access token, responses and results only in the memory of the open page. Nothing is written to browser storage; closing or reloading the page discards it, and data leaves the page only when you export it yourself.
Sensitive topics
Some Item Tasks ask how important religious belief and practice are to a person, measured as a value. Such a measurement is reported only as its own estimate. No model infers religious or denominational affiliation, and these content areas need an explicit governance decision before a model can become active.
Minors
Relatrix models are not validated for minors. Evidence about minors may only be processed with models separately validated for that population.
Purpose limitation
A result is produced for the intended use stated in its request. Using it for another purpose is the responsibility of the consumer, and Relatrix does not treat such use as supported.
